Today we had our very first training for all KTA members.. we started out with some warm up, running and streches and after that we begin learning some basic punch and kicks, finally close up with some self defence moves 🙂 here’s some of the photos I took after the training! keke.. my back start to ache now from the training..me old man already..Click on the picture below to see more photos 🙂
