Mark Jenkins (b. 1970) is an American artist most widely known for the street installations he creates using packing tape. Found this really wonderful photo of London Tower Bridge, it’s a combined bascule and suspension bridge in London, England over the River Thames. It is close to the Tower of London, which gives it its name.
